No heat in the room! Sixty four in the room now, suppose to be 32 tonight! I called twice and both times I was told they will send someone right up. That was 2 hours ago. Third call they asked if I wanted an e tra blanket. This is ridiculous.

The whole “we don’t actually process payment prior to arrival” really needs to be made clear to residents that book in advance. I booked my room all the way back in April, and I even got a receipt with a confirmation number saying I was paid in full and had to pay nothing on arrival. Of course, when I got there, they decided to charge me 220 something dollars and there’s also the 50 dollar security deposit they don’t tell you about ahead of time as well.
