I booked at Azure because it was a great price for what you get (updated rooms, location, pet friendly, kitchenette). I turned out my child got sick the morning of travel and we had to cancel, but the room rate was non-refundable since it's the high season. I called them and explained my situation, and they granted me a courtesy...
Great little hotel in Lower Manhattan. Close by to many major tourist attractions like WTC, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall St, Staten Island Ferry etc. rooms are small but then this is Manhattan!
