I recently had an overnight stay at Hotel Ardent, and it was a really lovely time! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, as was the staff in the hotel's restaurant. We opted for valet parking, and was so glad that we did. It made the whole experience much easier. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views from our windows were lovely. Great location , super friendly staff and rooms are clean modern and comfortable, except for the LOUD A/C as mentioned by several guests …. I had to turn my a/c off to sleep …. For a new hotel not sure why the a/c units are so loud …. I’ll be back in a few months to see if the issue has been addressed or just the way it is …
Nice place, good location. Parking requires a valet or a 1 block walk but valet is affordable and convenient.
I want to give this place five stars so much. There's definitely a little charm to it. Plus, all the staff is super friendly and the showers are incredible. However, the AC issue really needs to be dealt with. Like others have said it is incredibly loud. I've stayed here twice now in two different rooms and same issue each time. I convinced all my coworkers to stay here on this last trip and they were so unhappy with the noise.
