When I checked in the first night my shower floor was dirty. I asked front desk if it could be cleaned. They were fully booked and I assumed low staff but Michelle at the front desk came up and cleaned the shower. Now thats customer service. Kori from the restaurant was FABULOUS she was kind, patient, soft spoken...all things that make you want to be a returning customer. I would like to say that I received exceptional service from Teonna at the front desk. The hotel is extremely comfortable and she was knowledgeable about everything in the area.
Everything was great except the breakfast offerings. They had a buffet one day but I felt it was over priced.
