Two nights was not long enough at Hotel Andaluz! I stayed here for a weekend trip with my mom and sister and we loved everything about the hotel. The decor, restaurant, lobby bar, double room, and service were excellent. The lobby was a highlight as it transported us back in time while grounding us in the present with its well-appointed, contemporary decor. Delicious drinks and service!!
We reserved a room with a king bedroom. We got there and they said they knew we booked a king bedroom, but didn't have a king bedroom available. They were not accommodating at all, offered nothing. No upgrade and only offered a downgrade handicap room. They didn't do anything to ever get us to book a stay there ever again. Zero customer service and they didn't care that we didn't have a room.
