2026 4.5 ⭐ I really wanted to give full marks - 5⭐ but, a very important room safety issue was my basis. The shower floor needs to have rubber mats as it gets VERY slippery. I nearly had a bad fall the very first time I used the shower. Immediately called Services to request a rubber mat but, unfortunately, they did not have it and was provided extra regular bath mat. Dinner at the Edwin after the new menus came out was fantastic! I had the short ribs. Cooked perfectly and served professionally!
Fabulous property all around. The food and service was excellent at both the Edwin restaurant and the Carter lobby bar. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing time this weekend. Every staff person was very helpful and friendly. We loved the ability to use the bike valet and the restaurant was superb. We’ll be back again!!
