I am extremely disappointed with how my family was treated during Mother’s Day weekend. This property charges $55 per night for parking and a $45 nightly resort fee, yet management chose to create an uncomfortable situation over two extra s’mores kits for my children. When I asked for additional kits since I only claimed 2 of the 4, the manager for the evening, refused and claimed it was “policy” for both guest to be present despite our reservation being for 2 adults and 2 children. We’re still currently at this location and I don’t think I could say enough good remarks. From the presentation, location, the staff- between the valet, concierge, to the bartenders and the magician Danny they keep as a final hidden gem… It’s a wonderful spot if you’re just trying to escape the daily grind. My only possible complaint is the 12 dollar M&Ms. I really almost opened them and of spite. Generally when I get away I have a ‘slush Fund’ for stupid buys- but I couldn’t justify this one. HaHa!
Don’t be Fooled! Their room prices may seem fair until you get your receipt back for your stay. You will be charged for absolutely everything! On top of that you will be charged 9 separate types of taxes just for staying here. You will end up spending several hundred Dollars just in fees! Do not stay here.
