I would give this hotel a higher rating, but there are two key factors that would prevent me from staying there again. First, the staff was very pleasant and professional; kudos to the valet Gunner. The hotel is clean & the rooms are decent. However, our room was HOT and the window only cracks open 4 inches. I asked for maintenance and was told they had reported, but no follow-up to confirm. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The good: The staff was excellent. They were helpful and very friendly. When we had an issue with the A/C in our room, they took care of us right away. Having two king beds in a room was great. Why isn't this standard everywhere? The not-so-good: This place can be incredibly difficult to navigate. There were four elevators. Overall terrible experience for a fancy hotel. Valet parking was the only parking option offered and was a huge ripoff at $55/night. Room was extremely hot. The lowest thermostat setting was 68˚F and the room never even got that cool. Front desk offered to send up a fan but never brought one.

Would never stay here again. The "hidden fees" are $45 a night "resort fee". Not sure a hot tub quite makes this a resort. Transparency would make things easier for your guests and maybe you wouldn't have sinking reviews. Valet is $55 a night which they do tell you about. Rooms were nice but be prepared to spend 30 minutes trying to find your room due to terrible hotel design. Have to take three different elevators to reach the 8th floor. Avoid this hotel. Tons of hidden fees. Valet lost my keys for hours, and I still had to pay (it’s $55 a day). What a joke. Absolutely the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at.
