Very nice boutique hotel, close to the city centre and the tube. Generous rooms, nice happy hour. Joei gav exceptional customer service and Nate and James were great too. Only downside being no snacks or vending machine availabe before 7 a.m.
2nd time staying at this location. Very comfortable stay and dog friendly. Sherley was great!
My reservation was paid through Booking.com, but the hotel additionally charged my card a significant amount without providing a clear explanation. I contacted the hotel and requested a full itemized folio so I could understand the charges, but I still do not have the folio in hand. A hotel should be transparent with billing, especially when charging a guest’s card after a reservation has already been paid through a third party. Incredible staff who go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms might be a bit tired and need some attention but this didn't detract from my stay at all. I'd gladly book again.
Absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect location to walking the freedom Trail. Accessible to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Beds were so comfy. Front desk associates were friendly. Will be back again!
