The hotel is breathtaking. When you enter you are surrounded in opulence and luxury. The room was also wonderful. The only downfall is the view. Outside of our room we had the unpleasant view of the roof! The dismal piles and lack of sun dampened the experience.
An attempt at creating an upscale boutique hotel, with a few misses. I was in the Zen area, which felt bolted on and had low ceilings and incredibly poor lighting, both in the room and bathroom. My shower head was almost 4 full inches below the top of my head. Room was clean but missing some basics, including sugar for the coffee machine. Style over substance seemed to be the choice. Great hotel with amazing staff and service! This is the first hotel I’ve had 0 complaints about in a while. Very clean, staff are over accommodating and pleasant. I will be returning!
From the beginning, the staff was incredibly attentive, the hotel is thoughtfully designed, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. If you care about bed comfort, the bed was 10/10 and the AC worked so well!
