This is my second time staying at the aka in the past 2 months, and it feels like a second home. Isaiah is a true gem and goes above and beyond. Marvin is so sweet and hospitable. There was a minor miscommunication, and Julianna was super responsive and made things right quickly. A business (especially in hospitality) is only as good as its employees. The AKA team really seem to love what they do, and that is what sets them apart. Looking forward to another visit soon.
Attending Company function no room involved. The Service provided by Hotel Staff was Outstanding. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, every interaction made me feel welcome, rare these days
The contemporary decor was eye candy. Front desk check in with Aaliyah and valet service were on point. Location and amenities made the stay feel like a resort. Upgrading to the balcony suite was bigger with a microwave.
It was a great hotel, we got a free cake when we checked in, they have a free cinema, and great service.
