The overall experience at this hotel was amazing. The convenient location was desirable and had a lot to offer. The hotel room, gym, and bar area were frequented during our stay and we highly recommend this hotel for all travels. The staff were focused on providing a pleasant experience and would happily return for future stays as we were truly impressed by the level of customer service, quality, and cleanliness of every aspect of our stay.
The service is warm and welcoming and the rooms are super comfy. The bar is extravagantly decorated and drinks are great. Very arty hotel for this burgeoning arts district.
I am a vendor and came to the hotel on Saturday, March 15, 2025, to provide services for a wedding, my stay was short, but the service provided by the hotel staff made such a great impact. From the time I pulled up, valet was there to assist, front desk was extremely polite and showed me to the elevator, the rooms are beautiful, the ease of retrieving my vehicle was great.
