I had the most magical wedding here at Hotel AKA Alexandria last weekend. Words will never describe just how amazing the people/staff here are. Working with the events coordinator(s) could not have been easier and we were taken care of from start to finish. I would like to especially sing the praises of Lynnea L. We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were welcoming. We had a few minor issues with the TV and the restaurant, but overall is was pleasant stay.
My stay at Hotel AKA Alexandria was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is stunning — sleek, modern, luxurious, and incredibly clean. Everything was spotless from the hallways and lobby to the valet area, restaurants, and my room. You can truly tell the staff takes pride in maintaining such a beautiful atmosphere. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice hotel. It’s just not good for family with little kids. The room with bathtub only has king size bed. So if you booked a room with two queen size beds, it’s going to be a shower room. The shower head is not removable so we are lucky only booked two days in Spring, otherwise the kids will be stinky. Also if you plan to do take out from restaurants, please be aware there’s only one chair in the room.
