I am not one to leave reviews but I had to after my experience. INCREDIBLE. The staff, customer service, decor, everythinggggg. What brought me to this review was that I called and asked staff at 2:00am (had a very long work day and wanted my dinner leftovers heated) immediately said they would send a microwave to my room with no extra charge. 2:00am in the morning!!!!! AMAZING. So far my experience has been incredible. Can’t forget about the complimentary E-bikes!
Horrible customer service. Loud music coming through the walls and the desk “was unable to doing anything about it”
