Amazing location on the Upper West Side, just a few blocks away from Central Park and the Hudson River. Lots of grocery stores nearby, especially Westside Market, which is open 24/7. The room was perfect and clean, and the service was great. Everyone at reception is nice, flexible, and always willing to help.
I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel 99 during my 14-week stay. The service was exceptional throughout, the environment was consistently clean, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Stayed here for 10 weeks in summer 2026 during my internship in midtown. Being non-American, I was super stressed on not being able to find a place to stay, but Hotel99 had me covered. The room was small but came with everything I needed and they do have bigger rooms for an increased price point. I stayed here for a year, and it was truly an excellent place to live. The entire team is professional, reliable, and incredibly friendly. The building is always clean and well-maintained, with great amenities, and the rooms are comfortable. Lian and Patrick at the front desk are always welcoming, helpful, and attentive.
