I stayed at the hotel while completing a one-month research stay at Columbia University. The service was very attentive, and the rooms were clean, modern, and pleasant. Having a kitchen in the room makes it an ideal option for longer stays. It is about a 20-minute walk from Columbia University and also very well connected by subway. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to highlight the hotel’s excellent customer service and flexibility, especially the support provided by Ignacio. During a work trip to New York, due to some issues with the accommodation I was staying in, I needed to find a new place quickly. Hotel 99 helped me right away by showing me the rooms and making the booking process very easy. My stay here was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the heating/radiator problem in my room. Since March, there has been repeated loud noise, water spraying, and the radiator turning hot again and again, including during the night and early morning. This seriously affected my sleep and daily routine, and the problem was never properly resolved. For the price being charged, this was absolutely unacceptable.
