My stay here was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the heating/radiator problem in my room. Since March, there has been repeated loud noise, water spraying, and the radiator turning hot again and again, including during the night and early morning. This seriously affected my sleep and daily routine, and the problem was never properly resolved. For the price being charged, this was absolutely unacceptable. I really appriciate Hotel 99 and that's staff. You were always so kind and made my room clean and comfortable. In the coffee room on the first floor,I enjoyed talking with guest from all over the world.So thank you.
Stayed here two summers in a row, love the place!!!!! Front desk people are amazing! Also, they do have a working coffee machine in the downstairs lounge. Everything is super new and recently renovated!!! Would stay again :)))
The staff is very nice. The hotel has a very good location nearby Metropolitan. I strongly recommend it
One of the worst places to live in NY. As a frequent traveller I can vouch that everything that you have read about this place on the booking site is wrong. They don't have breakfast, Gym or even a basic coffee machine that works. This is more like a hostel dorm.
