Great experience. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was great and service was amazing. The B&B was decorated in a cool European decor. The rooftop view was great and the location was perfect! They also offer a complimentary beer or wine 🍺 🍷!!

My husband just experienced that absolute worst customer experience ever!! They advertise late check-in, but it turns out that if you arrive after 9 pm, you cannot check in. Called immediately to cancel and refund was refused. Expedia--you need to re-examine your hotel choices!
Do not use this property. Worst customer service ever. Reserved a hotel room last night and saw that they do not have late check-in. Our flight will arrive at 11:30 pm and they do not have check in past 9:00 pm. Called them within minutes to cancel and was told that they have a policy of no refunds. They are going to charge us full price for the room. Other hotels in the area have no such policy. A blight on Expedia's choice of hotels with this type of policy. A unique gem, my husband booked on a whim. Our hostess was warm and welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful, from the warm popovers to the house made butter
I can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said in the other reviews. The location is great with plenty of nearby street parking. They do have limited interior parking, but it is tiny and only accessible through a tight alleyway. Just across the street, you can jump on the walkway/ trail that leads to the beach or you can continue on to Fisherman’s Wharf. It’s about a 15-20 minute leisurely stroll...very nice. I will definitely be staying there again!
