Thank goodness I finally found someone who knows about Tankless Water Heaters. We've had three Plumbing Contractors during the past two months trying to solve an issue with our Tankless Water Heater. Fortunately, I called Fergusons Plumbing Supply in Rocklin today and spoke with Paul. I asked him if he could recommend a plumber who is trained and experienced working with Rinnai Tankless Heaters. We reached out for a quote on getting our leaky water heater replaced, and were scheduled within days. Our technician, Mat, was super kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions before and during the water heater replacement. He explained what he was going to do before, and how everything worked after. It was quick, painless, and reasonably priced. We would absolutely recommend HotCo to anybody looking to get their water heater replaced. I have included before and after photos.
