This company is amazing. Water heater went bad on a Sunday. I called them and they had a technician out to the house within 2 hours and we had hot water by the early afternoon. I cannot praise this company enough and if I could give more than 5 stars I would and our technician Charles Yocum is a seven star expert!
A few weeks ago our water heater went out in a blaze of glory. It was completely the wrong time for this to happen to us and put us in a real bind. It was the early evening, but HOTCO was able to send someone over within the hour to help us deal with that initial situation. It clearly had to be replaced, and they promptly rolled a second truck to our house with a brand new water heater and the two guys installed it.
