Fantastic experience with HOTCO. Jen was flexible, communicative and quick to respond. Charles and Soren were very knowledgeable and patient. My water heater replacement was not the easiest, but they were so nice/respectful, kept me informed and gave me several options even thinking outside the box to make things work. Needed work done immediately, so I called HOTCO hoping they could help me out. The staff was extremely professional on the phone and they scheduled me in within 24 hours. Two guys showed up and installed my new water heater fast and explained everything to me. I could not be happier with the price, the service and my decision. Highly recommend.
