Very responsive, helped me secure a lower price through my warranty without any effort on my side, showed up within a couple hours to fix my water heater and was fixed before lunch. Staff was also very nice and easy to work with.
I am so glad I made the call to HOTCO after my water heater's pilot light refused to turn on. Jennifer was wonderful and after we sent pictures was able to determine the problem. They had the part in stock at a great price and she was able to send a repairman after working around my schedule that day. I had hot water that afternoon and am very grateful to her and that I made that call to HOTCO. I highly recommend you call them when needed. They are the BEST!
Called HOTCO at 8:30am about a faulty gas valve on a water heater. By 10am I had hot water. The team was amazing from quickly diagnosing the issue over the phone to a quote within minutes to scheduling an appointment and replacing the issue. Would highly recommend for water heater repairs!
