Charles from HOTCO came over on a Thursday to discuss my options and give me an estimate. I chose a Bradford White electric water heater. He came back the next day and installed it. We also had a 30 amp on/off switch installed and a ScaleRX filter installed. I am beyond satisfied with the job they did. I highly recommend HOTCO for hot water heater work.
Had water dripping from the outside pipe every time the water heater was turned up. Called HOTCO and they were very quick to schedule me the same day. Turns out I needed the expansion tank replaced. Charles was very personable and friendly and explained to me, in detail, how the expansion tank works and why it went bad. I appreciate that too.
