Hotco did an outstanding job on my water heater. From the first call to the final install, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Upon needing a new hot water heater, we were recommended Hotco and took a chance. I am so glad we did, as we could not be more pleased with their service. They were quick to respond, maintained excellent communication, and super friendly. Even more, they were affordable, reliable, honest, and efficient. We called Saturday and they were at our house Monday morning. It only took 2 hours for the entire process and it comes with a tremendous warranty. Matt did a fantastic job! I’m happy to recommend them to anyone.

Wow, these guys are great!! Excellent communication and entirely professional. I called about a non-urgent issue on a Friday and they were here, on-time, early the following Monday morning. They know their stuff and I wouldn't go with anyone else.
