Our well-used water heater suddenly developed a significant leak and had to be replaced. I chose HOTCO for the job and I am glad that I did. Owner Jen quickly answered my email and provided me with a fair quote. Technician Charles was experienced, efficient and friendly and had our new hot water heater installed in no time. I was impressed with how fast HOTCO resolved our problem especially since this all happened over the weekend.

Exceptional communication and straightforward process from HOTCO for replacing our water heater. I called HOTCO at 9 AM, sent in a few photos of our existing water heater and promptly received a detailed estimate for replacement. Soren was then at our home within 90 minutes and had the new water heater installed before noon!
HOTCO arrived at my residence just 2 hours after agreeing on a final total price including water heater and installation. The owner’s son along with helper James made quick, thorough work in removing and installing a 50-gallon Bradford White energy saving water heater. All work was neat and precise, very professional.
