Jen had me from the start. Her friendly demeanor and customer service were beyond. The crew worked after hour to service my Rinnai tankless water heater. Charles and Pedro were great at explaining how the water heater worked best, and made the necessary adjustment in addition to the service. I will recommend them to my community referral service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome … great job HOTCO !
Had a gas leak and they were quick to help me with PG&E and were here next day to fix the part that was leaking. Charles was friendly and informative about what was being fixed.
I am looking forward to my water heater going out again...that's how great HotCo is to work with. Our heater went out on Wed, 9pm. I called Thurs 8am. Had a quote by 9am. We were told by Jen (awesome to work with) they could come out Thursday (same day) but they were very busy and it would be later or Friday 9am. Friday 9am they showed up, Charles and Soren were clean, polite, professional, and empathetic to our problem. Needed a new expansion tank installed as ours was leaking. Charles came out asap and the job was done in 10 minutes. Super friendly and professional. Would absolutely call them again!
Very responsive to my need for a new hot water heater. Quote was better than the one I got from my current plumber. Implemented the new unit in one morning and I am very satisfied with the results.
