I needed to have my water heater replaced in order to keep my home owners insurance. The HOTCO team was incredibly responsive, professional, and timely. I wanted to future proof my install to avoid future problems, so I upgraded to a slightly larger water heater and powered/monitored anode. The price was reasonable, but the service was amazing. All in all, it was a great value for my piece of mind.
HOTCO is wonderful! I contacted them last month about replacing my current hot water heater with a tankless one. They responded quickly and answered all my questions, giving me good recommendations and making me feel super comfortable as a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about water heaters. They gave me a great price and got me on their schedule quickly after I approved the quote.
