I thought i had solid amateur home owner knowledge and then was introduced to HOTCO, the water heater company. Beginning with an answered call @ 5pm Friday , not a screener, but Jenn who could answer questions on the spot. She followed up with an estimate very quick. The next day, Saturday, I was sent a text to see if we wanted a free quote today, I said yes. Within 30 minutes we got a text from the technician Charlie with a 30 minute window to come by.
