Best HVAC experience! Everyone (Jason, Taylor, Randy) was excellent at what they did. Hotchkiss bids jobs by time and materials, which made the two jobs I needed done way more affordable and approachable. No surprises with billing or rates. All honest communication and upfront about everything. I received a flat rate bid from another local company that was more than twice what Hotchkiss charged, and to do less work. I liked it because they answered the phone at 7:00 in the morning, Wednesday. The repairman came that day and tried, but the furnace was beyond repair. The two techs, Anthony and Mike, came promptly on Friday, worked hard, removed the old furnace, and installed the new in a tight crawl space. I was impressed by their friendly attitude and hard work. They were careful within the house and protected my wooden floors. I am pleased with the price and how prompt they were, considering it was mid-December.

Anthony and Mike did an awesome job installing our new furnace. Anthony was very patient and thorough in explaining the way everything works. Very Knowledgeable and professional! I was thrilled with the companies desire to come to our rescue and take care of our problem the next day after they came out and assessed it!
