Absolute criminal prices. I needed a job done looked at/completed within a weeks time so knew that was going to be tough so I had to hire the first available furnace people. It was not an over night or one day situation just needed to be done within 7-9 days. I was at the property the entire 3.5 hours it took them and was charged almost $900. Had furnace repair done in January 2025 and the Tech Randy knew his stuff. He did some testing then got the part (failed circuit board) and fixed furnace same day. Great repair. Thanks.

Two mini splits installed last summer. Jason did an awesome job going over the options with us. He was honest in his appraisal. We had another quote from a different company in town that was not honest. The mini splits work great. More recently, we had an issue with our furnace. They got us on the schedule right away. Derek did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixing it promptly. Hotchkiss takes care of their customers and stands by their work.
