I originally went there to get extensions but my hair is too damaged so Carlos is nursing my hair back to life and doing a fantastic job!! When he puts the treatment on, he gives an OMG amazing head massage!!! I see a huge difference in my hair!! And for the cherry on top, he is an extremely nice, caring person!!
Idk if Ari was having a hard day or something but she didn’t do my hair as I showed her. She didn’t do a face trim nor kept my layers. I didn’t see it because she curled my hair when I had asked for a blowout. I was wondering why she took half the time to cut my hair than last time. And makes sense now. Not only that but she charged me $75 instead of $60 which is the normal price! NEVER again. Such a disappointment because I have been here before and liked it. This place is going downhill.
