WITH THE DOPEST TRACKS turned up and an instructor strongly encouraging you the entire time, you’ll work harder than ever. HOTBOX KICKBOXING AND STRENGTH programs are beginner friendly, ACCOMMODATE clients at every fitness level and is arguably the most intensely effective fitness concept you have ever experienced.

They told me i could use my phone as long as it wasn't getting others working out next thing i know they canceled my membership . Many of the. Women working there seem bitter loved Chris and one other female but they are very nice to your face and overly nice and behind your back different . Plus too many ppl in the gym . Do not recommend
Just a friendly reminder to hot box…you guys don’t own the turf lawn in front of your studio. It’s a communal space. I was sitting with my dogs sending work emails when I’m bombarded with blaring music. I look up and see a fitness class starting up around me on the lawn, nearly stepping not just on me but on my small dogs. The epitome of obnoxious, entitled, and loud. 10 out of 10! Even if I’m not very good, they always make me feel very good when I’m there. Tee and Chris are phenomenal instructors and always make me feel so welcome and are always ready to answer any questions. Please feel free to open a hotbox in Seattle because I am so bummed I am moving and won’t be able to go to this fantastic gym (just when I got momentum)! Thank you guys for everything. It was a pleasure!
We were driving through town and decided to stop in for a kickboxing class to break up our long drive. We had never done kickboxing before and could not have been more impressed with how welcoming the front desk staff and instructor were. I get nervous doing new classes and felt so comfortable because of the great instruction! Thank you Chris for a great experience. And we loved learning that this local gym has been around for many years - love supporting local! If we lived in Nashville, we'd be here all the time!
What an amazing experience it was to be greeted warmly as well as have my ass kicked. Jennifer was an amazing instructor and the environment was perfect for keeping myself engaged, amplified, and excited to return. When you learn to go at your own pace the class isn't as scary or intimidating. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, especially with that post-workout glow.
