Honestly one of the best cardio kickboxing classes I’ve been to. I’m an instructor myself at another gym. Me and my girlfriend were away for Valentine’s Day weekend and wanted to get a good workout in and saw this as an option. I recommend everyone to go to the kickboxing classes. Me and my girlfriend took the class with Hannah and she was awesome. Also the rest of the staff was so nice as well. If I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely go again.
As a physical therapist, I’m very selective about the fitness environments I recommend — and HOTBOX absolutely earns 5 stars! Love it here. Was specifically looking for a kickboxing studio, as I had belonged to one a couple of years ago and knew exactly what I wanted and needed in a workout. Health problems and circumstances kept me away from exercising regularly for too long but it was easy to jump back in with Hotbox. The staff is actively supportive and encouraging.
