Hotbox is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The energy is unmatched, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The trainers are motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about pushing you to be your best. Every class is fun, challenging, and leaves you feeling like a badass. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a killer workout and a great community!
The. Best. I used to be a member back in the day and was fully hooked before moving out of town. I came back to Nashville for work, and was so pumped to make it to a 6am class. Staff? 10/10 vibes, literally the most welcoming humans ever. Class? Amazing- gave what it needed to give. As expected, I left (still) wishing there was a location near me! I hope to be back soon!
