WITH THE DOPEST TRACKS turned up and an instructor strongly encouraging you the entire time, you’ll work harder than ever. HOTBOX KICKBOXING AND STRENGTH programs are beginner friendly, ACCOMMODATE clients at every fitness level and is arguably the most intensely effective fitness concept you have ever experienced.

Best class-based gym in Nashville. The trainers are the best, the other clients are so friendly and welcoming, I can't recommend this place enough. Whether you're a seasoned gym goer or new to the scene, no matter your age, everyone fits in. I am EXCITED to go to this gym and my body thanks me everytime. Even the days where I feel bad, I leave feeling better. Make that choice today and sign up! First class is free.
I love this gym!! The trainers are kind and encouraging and the workouts are unmatched. I started coming in 2013 and always found my way back (after moves out of state and taking breaks during pregnancies).
