I was really nervous to join, but I am so thankful I did. This is such a positive, healthy and welcoming community for women.
This gym offers online training programs that are so effective! While going through a 6 week program I had numerous people comment on the changes I had made. It was Christy taking the time to ask me assessment questions so she could tailor a workout program that really made the difference.
From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and supportive. It truly feels like a community rather than just a gym. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Every workout is engaging, challenging, and fun, and there’s always something new to keep you motivated. I’ve never felt more comfortable or confident in a gym setting.
