I went to a yin class at Hot Yoga Helena and really enjoyed how relaxing the class was. The studio was really nice and the instructor was very welcoming and great! I highly recommend!

I have been going to Hot Yoga Helena off and on for the past decade. I recently found my way back after a hiatus due to a difficult time that I was experiencing in life. The instructors are phenomenal and the classes are therapeutic. It has been my saving grace! I have seen various iterations of programming over the years, and I have to say that I am loving the current offerings.
