Love this studio! The vibe, the heat, the teachers - all so great! I've taken two classes - the Barken with Michelle, and Balance with Nicky. Loved both! Nicky is a hoot and a really unique bikram style teacher. I can't tell you how nice it was to practice that style of yoga but get REAL cues and direction! Totally amazing! Check it out!
I’m a traveler and was connected to the studio through my Airbnb host who is also the owner of Hot Yoga Helena. I’m so thankful for the recommendation as my experience with morning classes was phenomenal. The studio is clean and the instructor for all three classes was knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and professional. Highly recommend this studio!
We dropped in to a class at Hot Yoga Helena when we were in town for the Helena Comedy Festival and we are so glad that we did! We were welcomed into a beautiful studio for a fantastic practice; but it was really Nicky (and Cocoa) that made it next level. Its hard to continue a hot yoga practice whike traveling and Hot Yoga Helena did not just make that possible it made it a highlight of our trip. We had such an amazing 90 min class, we will be back next time we're in town.
I went to a yin class at Hot Yoga Helena and really enjoyed how relaxing the class was. The studio was really nice and the instructor was very welcoming and great! I highly recommend!
