RecommendedBoyfriend and I came for late Valentine's Day spa day, whirlpool experience was awesome but the massage experience together was even better. The staff took great care of us and we will be back!
This year was the year of gift certificates in our family for your facility ... I got a gift certificate so I could try your services and haven't made an appointment yet because 2 if my granddaughters and now my daughter used their gift certificates and all 3 were treated terrible. Just because a customer pays with a gift certificate doesn't mean their service or experience should be less than a cash regular customer. I hated it here. Will not come back. The person is twisting my words after my original review. So I'll leave this instead. I have the original post if someone wants to see my experience. And the nasty reception from a certain employee.
I had another amazing experience at the Hot Waters Spa. Carol is an expert at finding the tension knots and releasing them. It is so wonderful to feel pain free!
It was a very wonderful and relaxing experience with my best friend/husband. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
Had a wonderful day of pampering from a super friendly staff and very clean and comfortable facility. I would have giving 5 stars, but in my opinion the massage table was not as comfy as I have been on in the past. Maybe some memory foam so you cannot actually feel the table would be great. Otherwise it was absolutely heavenly. Highly recommended because of the awesome staff!!! They made the experience that much better. I rate the staff 5 stars hands down.
