Jay came on time, fixed the water heater on the spot, just charged me a diagnosis fee. Before him, I had called another plumber who told me I needed a new hot water heater. Very pleased.
Jay was excellent. Came when he said and communicated throughout both on what the problem was and how to solve. Would definitely work with him again.
A.O SMITH provide the phone number, i spoke to Jay , very friendly, and respond to the location at second day, he told me will order the part tomorrow, will be back for 10am. never show up, and i call for over 10 times after, no answer .. what is going on there ????
Highly recommended! Water heater would not light. I tried several big-name repair services, they would not come unless it was to totally replace the water heater - a $1,500+ job! So I called Hot Water Repairs in the morning and repairman came same day. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Price was what I expected, a fraction of replacement, and they give a one-year warrantee on their work. I plan to contact the company again when I'm ready to replace my heater.
