Called about our hot water system not working. They were here in 20 mins. Awesome.
Fantastic service, called at 8am on a Saturday morning and hot water was fixed by 10am. The chap who came out was very polite, efficient, professional. Would highly recommend. Reasonable call out fee too. Thanks very much.
In finding information and a quote for a new upgraded hot water system I dealt with Rhett and Trae, both men were very helpful in their advice and information. I had 2 young men come and put my new system in for me, both were extremely easy going, we had a laugh and they were efficient in getting the job done for me. I had a very small little job I asked one of the boys to kindly fix for me and he did so in a few minutes and didn't add it to the bill for me. They were punctual, efficient and easy to work with. Rhett came out to look at my leaking unit and sent through a quote the same day. He walked us through our options and gave advice as to the pros and cons of each system he offers. We had a new unit installed within 24 hours of giving the go-ahead. Definitely recommended
