Our hot water heater failed on Christmas Day. I search for a company that could replace it asap and contacted HWHR via their website. They called me soon after (on Christmas!) and walked me through some possible solutions, such as restarting the heater. When those failed, they discussed replacement models with me and quoted me a price soon after. They came out the next day and I had hot water again by noon. They diagnosed problem over the phone , avoiding service fee! They came out the next morning and replaced my hot water heater with in a few hours. They're price was better than orher quotes I received! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤩

My hot water tank went out Christmas Eve night and got the number from my mom contacted them Christmas morning and had a conversation sent over some photos of the hot water tank. I special order the hot water tank from the Home Depot on 12/26/2025 it got delivered 12/29/2025 and they came shortly after it was delivered and had the hot water back back up and running the Same day it was delivered. Properly installed fantastic job, insulation crew was easy to work with very professional,knowledgeable and at a reasonable price.

Jim provided fantastic service at a more than reasonable price. My hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday and Jim was there and replaced it in under 2 hours. Highly recommend

Jim is the best. I called him at 9am when I realized our water heater was leaking. And by 11am he had completed the installation of a new water heater and hauled away the old one. And it was a Sunday morning! Can’t say enough great things about this company!
