Jim was super responsive. He was the first company to respond to our emergency call, he put a competitive estimate together and answered our questions. Once we had made the decision to secure his services, he kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about Jim at HWHR!! Jim was able to provide a same day competitive quote for both a hot water heater repair (I knew what needed to be fixed) and full replacement. I ended up opting for replacement due to the age of my prior unit. Jim was able to come the next day with the new unit, install it, and haul away the old unit.
