My hot tub motor started making a whining noise, though it was still heating normally. I called this company, and the technician told me I needed a new motor. I paid a $220 service fee for a five-minute inspection, which was not applied toward any future work. Three weeks later, I paid another $300 for the installation plus the cost of the motor. Awful customer service. Try to call to schedule a phone call with someone to talk about possible repairs and they apparently don’t operate that way. Never heard of such a thing and I own a business. If you have any questions about possible repairs or any question about anything I wouldn’t call this company!!

I contacted every hot tub company in my area and even Angi’s list most ignored me and others said no. Some were dishonest and never showed. Jean came out looked at my tub and said ok I can fix this. He was upfront and told me it would not be inexpensive but it would work. I said all I care about is it working. My hot tub is 30+ years old. He replaced the heater, pump, control panel and system and like he said it works. I really appreciate his patience with me and his professionalism. Our hot tub had stopped working, no light on panel. I removed cord , plugged in and hit on; it was dead. Breaker in box had kicked also but would not reset. Hot couldn’t work without a breaker in panel. We finally found a breaker and had it delivered. During this we had a referral to Hot Tub’s Unlimited and called them. Yes, they could be out in a few hours. Chris came out, helped with the breaker and got the tub back out and running. He was fantastic!! Hot Tub is fine. !
