Our hot tub had stopped working, no light on panel. I removed cord , plugged in and hit on; it was dead. Breaker in box had kicked also but would not reset. Hot couldn’t work without a breaker in panel. We finally found a breaker and had it delivered. During this we had a referral to Hot Tub’s Unlimited and called them. Yes, they could be out in a few hours. Chris came out, helped with the breaker and got the tub back out and running. He was fantastic!! Hot Tub is fine. !
Jean was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was patient and helped me and showed me what he was doing. I appreciate his work and ethics. He even checked in with me afterwards to make sure everything was good. I will definitely request him again if I need anything. Thank you Jean!
Had these guys out about 6-7 times starting spring 2023 to fix a leak. Still leaking summer 2024! Spent over $1500 and no results.
