My wife and ordered a hot tub from Hot tubs of Katy on Aug 6, 2016 was told it would be delivered in 4 weeks, didn't receive it until October 3, 2016. Final paperwork upon delivery was incorrect and was assured corrected copy would be emailed but never received. Matt stated that individual doing paperwork was new, unacceptable. Never received a courtesy call or follow up call as to our satisfaction of products. My next step is through the BBB for results.
