Cody was extremely helpful and cooperative and walk me through step-by-step to repair my spa. Definitely will be dealing with Cody and the Hot Tub Wizard in the future no fear dealing here.
Every time I’ve dealt with these guys, they’ve been absolutely awesome! Their customer service is next to none! We got our tub fixed a couple months ago and I had an error code that showed up, I reached out via email and Cody called me to give me a few trouble shooting ideas and to inform me of what the code means. We have had a great experience with Cody and Brett’s service on our big swim spa. We went out for a soak on Sunday (-20) and realized the tub was cold all around the bottom few inches and still warm at the top. Temp was about 96. It was the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, of course. Emergencies are never at a convenient time. I decided to call Cody at the Hot Tub Wizard and he answered right away. Lucky for us. I was having some issues( the water level was low every day, and i pailed water in daily ) with my hot tub earlier in the month. Found out one of the jets was cracked and 2 needed new seals. Brett came out to fix it, and it looked like I was not going to winterize it. Then Christmas morning I go out to relax and the water is cold! Texted Cody, and he patiently walked me through what was happening. Filters clogged. I'm just waiting for it to heat up! Looks like it's going up! Thank you thank you Cody!
