I cannot stress enough how fantastic it was to deal with Cody and company at hot tub wizard. They are by far the best customer service experience I have had in any industry, let along hot tub sales and repair. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about the product but approachable, polite, kind, and available. We purchased the Be Well Canada 0565 spa and couldn’t be more happy with it. Good morning Cody. Just wanted to pop you a quick note to let you know our hot tub is up and running. Filled it up yesterday afternoon and stayed full all night. Looks like we are back in business. Also wanted to give cudos to Brett. He did a great job of keeping the job site as neat as possible, put everything back when he was done with it, was friendly to talk to when required and worked diligently until the job was finished. I’ve used Cody at Hot Tub Wizard many times over the years for service work, and most recently purchased a Be Well Spa from him. Cody was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the entire process.
