Amazing service! I was able to get my spa fixed right away and definitely at a fair price. Hot Tub Tommy is the person to call when you need your spa repaired.
I called Tommy, for a service call after I installed a Gecko retrofit and it was not working correctly. He asked what was going on and after discussing the Geko system and their unique wiring…. He recommended a few things to do. I followed his advice and was able to solve the issues. Amazing what can be accomplished with a 15 minute phone call! So appreciate the knowledge, experience and patience! I would highly recommend!
I absolutely do not recommend Tommy for hot tub repairs. He charged me $200 and told me point-blank that my hot tub could not be fixed by anyone because the leak was underneath the unit and inaccessible. That turned out to be 100% false. I brought in a second technician who quickly located the problem and confirmed it can absolutely be repaired. The difference in knowledge and professionalism was night and day.
