This guy is great. After search for 2 days and countless phone calls as far away to California, my contractor found Tommy. Not only is he a really nice guy he really knows his stuff. He repaired our spa tub in less than an hour. Knowledgeable help is difficult to find, but you can't go wrong with him. He picks up the phone, he answers question over the phone and really tries to problem solve for you. He also calls you back in a timely manner.
Tom was great and he fixed the problem within an hour.
Tommy was able to determine the issue and quickly fix our hot tub. He replaced a couple of parts and got us up and running quickly along with suggested maintenance tips to help keep it going.

Contacted Hot Tub Tommy as my Hotsprings Spa hot tub was not getting hot. Tommy returned call promptly on following morning. He then arrived exactly on time as scheduled same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, did diagnostics, had replacement parts with him and got my hot tub heat issue resolved. Further, he noticed a minor leak at drain plug and resolved that as well.
