We had just arrived in FL from out of state, and our hot tub was leaking. I knew very little about hot tubs, but was able to get close to the root problem after inspecting inside the hot tub. Jim, was one of the only people who even works on stand alone hot tubs in the area, (that I could find). I was ready to replace the whole "wet end" (impeller) or possibly even the pump and wet end assembly. Not Professional no call, no show after 3 weeks waiting. Don’t understand how people like this can have a business. AT LEAST A CALL !!! AS SHOWN IN THE PICS THIS GUY DONT HAVE THE RESPECT TO CALL FOR CANCELING
If you are looking for a decent, honest a hard working Jim is your guy!! Jim installed my pool heater (Rotonda West Fl) for me a little over a month ago and let me say he did a great job. He removed my old unit got the new one into place and made sure everything worked perfectly. He was on time and totally professional.
