Used this company for years with no problems until recently. It appears they have new management and they are awful. The first appointment I made for a leak-the repair person, James, called to tell me he was in Estero and they won't let him in gate. I live in North Ft Myers and they have been here 4 previous times. The following day he came to look for leak- James would only grunt at me, he never told me what he was doing and spent approx 1 hr and left (he only looked at pump and he replaced pump), no word about what he foun... read more
