We are super new to hot tub ownership and ended up picking one up an older used one from a friend. Tarrah was so nice to help us understand everything we needed to about our hot tub, even though we didn't buy it from the Hot Tub & Sauna Shop. She even sent us an owner's manual and some helpful links and tips on how to use / maintain it. They will surely be my go-to hot tub shop in St. George. Thank you so much!!!
