In other places we've lived we have owned hot tubs and have spent time in sauna's. After moving to southern Utah, and doing a lot of research regarding new technology in hot tubs and sauna's it became clear that the Hot Tub & Sauna Shop was where we needed to go. Joe was great to work with, beginning with the moment that we walked in the door of the showroom. He was informative, knowledge and answered all of our questions. Joe was also there when the team delivered and installed the Hot Tub and followed up to insure we were comfortable with the start up and first use of the Hot Tub. Overall, an excellent experience!
Hey these guys are great!! Even if you have never owned a hot tub and as me I was ignorant to the whole chemical thing. The Hot Tub and Sauna Shop will send a technician out to explain everything on the type of hot tub or sauna you purchased from them. Please know they do this quickly! You will not have to call them twice. Their technicians are very experienced and will show you every feature on your particular hot tub or sauna. Tylo dry sauna superior product and looks great also. We got the combo hot traditional and infrared. Works seamlessly with app on iPhone so can heat up ahead of time. Would highly recommend Hot Tub and Sauna shop in St. George Utah. Professionally installed and walk you thru the set up process
