We bought a hot tub 3 months ago and they have bent over backwards to help us learn about balancing the water, making sure we were trained on how to do everything you need to do to keep the hot tub in pristine condition. We were having trouble with the salt water light indicating something was wrong and their technician came out and completely went over the system, drained part of the water, refilled it, did all the things to get everything back to where it’s supposed to be.
