Called on Monday for service on a Sundance under warranty. Got a service provider here on Thursday. The service didn’t work and tub won’t run. Called to get more help because now the tub won’t run at all. Can’t get anybody here until next Thursday UNLESS I PAY THEM $300 for a service call on a tub under warranty. I am so disappointed in the rude woman that called herself a manager and the customer service is bad, leaving me a week without a hut tub used for physical therapy. From start to finish the team was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. We did shop around to make sure that we were buying the right spa for us. We definitely made the right decision. This spa is the easiest spa to maintain and we are happy with our purchase. Enjoying our spa every night. Thank you to everyone for your support.
