The hot tub is like a big relaxation oasis for me. Over the years Ray helped us stay in hot water. Pump replacements, heaters, controls, we have done it all. We found the repair service to be a big help to us. The service is always fast and dependable. A very nice person on top of it all. Recommended to anyone who needs hot tub repair.

I called Dan when our cedar hot tub motor stopped working. I was happy that he was available much sooner than all of the other places I called (but maybe there's a reason for that...). He came and he was very nice. I give him that, for sure - always appreciated. Unfortunately, he completely misdiagnosed our issue, and when I called him back to ask him if he would be willing to honor his work, he told me he wouldn't be willing to give me even a partial refund. The hot tub I own was a few years old. One of the pumps stopped working. I called one place in Portland with hot tub repair services and they told me I would have to wait for four weeks for a person to look at my hot tub. Calling around I found Bill the hot tub guy.
