Prices were way out of control!
Very disappointed. My tub went down and you got me a service appointment the next day which was fantastic. It was determined that the heater was bad and the tech told me he would get it ordered then text me to confirm. I received no text so I called 2 days later. The person I spoke with said it was ordered but didn't know the price and said it should be in in about 5 to 7 days. Forward about 2 weeks. We love the medic hot tub, but the service sucks. We asked three times for them to fix a detached head rest mount. They never came. Had to fix it ourselves.
In a time when customer service is all but dead, it was so refreshing to work with Hot Tub Medic. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, timely, & respectful. They were careful around my property, even though they had big, heavy vehicles & a hot tub to fit between us & our neighbors, not to mention working around our freshly poured concrete & new landscaping. We had a leak on our hot tub and needed service. Hot Tub Medic had very good reviews so we gave them a call. We were told they only service what they sell. They are just too busy to do anything but repair Bullfrogs, the brand they sell.
