RecommendedWe were having issues with out hot tub, they were nice enough to help us troubleshoot over the phone. When we realized we needed a tech to come out, they got us in in a timely matter, and fixed our issue, no problem. They are very reasonably priced, and fantastic service, and honest. They even got us new headrests, faster than Amazon. My wife and I recommend them to anyone who needs service.
Total scam artists. The only solution they gave us to fix our hot tub was to buy a new one as, according to them, the parts were not available for our tub. A simple 5min search online I found an upgrade kit for my tub that will cost a fraction of what they quoted me. Also, they want a credit card number to “hold” your appointment, they then charge it before you have any time to see what service they have actually provided you. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Waited 2 weeks for my appointment only to be told that my appointment was canceled because the day I called to make the appointment the sales associate had to hang up on me because there was someone more important in their showroom and she didn't got bother to get all of the information that she needed before she hung up on me! Very disappointing. Don't waste your time!
Convenient, reliable, quality service. We waited 3 weeks from a different company, to be told we were out of the service area. Within a week our tub was fixed on the first trip to the house. No waiting for parts, and the tub is working hood as new! Thanks for making my week!
