It was nice to walk into a hot tub showroom and learn about hot tubs rather than be pressured to buy. Josh was helpful and informative. We looked everywhere, but eventually came back to the Hot Tub Medic and bought a Bullfrog because we really wanted jet packs and no one else had them. They came to install when they said they would too. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend them.

Rude and Never open. How can the "Medic" be of any value to the customer. Dont recommend. GO elsewhere.
Mr Rickman treated me as a valued customer and is full of information. I was given enough information to make an informed decision myself, and I know that I got the best price I could have gotten, I checked around for a couple months, including all the online sales outlets. HTM also has real tuff prices on pool supplies, too.
Hot tub medic gave me a great deal on a new cover, price included delivery of cover and disposal of the old one.
