We bought our swim spa from Hot Tub Mafia a couple years ago great purchase and the staff was very helpful. They were with us through the whole process with any questions concerns we had. I still call if I have questions and just recently had to order a part which they took care of. Great customer service will definitely recommend. Also the best deal around town.
Excellent customer service. We got a beautiful hot tub at a great price. All of our questions were answered in detail. The delivery and set up were convenient and flawless!
JD and Brian are exceptional. High character men, fair, and honest. They do quality work and communicate very well. We had a great experience working with them on our swim spa!
Not bad
Extremely professional company! I have purchased a hot tub from them and also had them move an out of state tub for me. Both times were great experiences. They treated my used tub as if it was their own - ensuring they didn't ding up the tub or my house during the move. That type of concern from them tells you all you need to know about their character and service. I would not call anyone else but Hot Tub Mafia with any of your hot tub needs!
