We bought a hot tub a few years ago here. Recently my breaker started tripping so I called them. They came over quickly, replaced the heating unit all for free. Its running good now. Great service. You dont get that customer service level much anymore.
I just have to say that I had One of the best customer service experiences at Hot tub Mafia today. Matt was phenomenal! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. 🩷
