Horrible customer service
Put a deposit on a hot tub, something when wrong and I had to ask for my deposit back. Working with a gentleman by the name of Michael in the Summerlin store off of Flamingo. He referred me to his manger named Scott who between the 2 of them was able to resolve my issue with the purchase without hassle. Highly recommend this business. Thanks
I am really happy we decided to buy a hot tub from Hot Tub Liquidators last year. We bought a gorgeous tub that turned out to be a special thing they made as a one off. The shell started to wear over the summer from the heat and I contacted Ray, the owner. from the moment we connected, he was kind, patient and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We bought a swim spa from the Henderson location about a year ago and have loved it so far. We had some questions about our annual maintenance, so we visited the Summerlin store today, where Michael was able to help us out and get us all the information we needed. Definitely appreciated the friendly customer service and would highly recommend.
