Great service and quick response. Highly recommend for anything hot tub related. We were having issues that needed a part replaced. HTH were referred to us by the manufacturer. Nate installed the day after we received the part and got us back up and running. Was very obliging and gave great advice on how best to maintain our tub. Will be keeping his number handy. Thanks again for the prompt service, especially with the cold weather coming.
Nate made the hot tub process so simple for us last winter! We were overwhelmed at the range of prices and spas out there… Nate knows it all. If you’re looking to buy a hot tub this winter I highly recommend texting Nate! He sourced a used spa for us and had it refurbished and delivered. At a very fair price. I spoke with Nate via text messaging since he was out of town, he helped me diagnose my hot tub issue, which was a faulty heater. I then ordered one and installed it myself!! He was very helpful and all over text messaging!!! Michelle
