Called and set up appt for hot tub repair Was told it take 8 weeks to get someone out , 8 weeks went by and Called and was told they would be out. Never showed. Week went by and called and left many messages and since then never heard back 🤷🏼♂️. Guess too busy for my business.

We went through moving from our store during a pandemic .Normally I do not advertise our life on Facebook but his healing of hand surgeries took longer than expected, so I guess at the time we were pre- occupied. I am so glad you found someone to look at your tub.
I only dealt with him through messenger and he went out of his way to find me a pic of the hot tub I want to purchase ...100 ⭐'s

The Hot Tub Guy is totally awesome. I felt very comfortable buying a hot tub from this company. They are experts in selling and servicing hot tubs. Their service is superb. They are great communicators and educators about the tubs they sell and the problems we have had with past tubs, incredibly efficient with their service - installing and maintenance and always make me feel I am important to them. They are the go to place in area. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

These guys came to fix a problem with our hot tub. They were very nice and fixed our problem and found another problem that they also fixed for us in short amount of time.
