Inquired about a hot tub cover. Asked about the radius measurement since I wasn't able to figure it out and wasn't confident I was measuring correctly. They said they knew the radius for my hot tub and not to worry, it would fit. Ordered the cover and it wasn't the correct size. Doesn't fit at all. Have tried numerous times to reach the company by phone and email, yet no answer or reply even after 2 months of trying to get a hold of them. Very disappointed.
Less than 4 years and cover totally saturated. Even paid extra for upgrade. I've written them several times to ask about warranties . CRICKETS! Thats ok if no warranty BUT at least answer me.
