Terrible customer service !! They put our heating board in our hot tub in 2/16. We kept calling them to tell them it wasn’t heating and kept getting the run around . The heating board was installed incorrectly and referred us to a different company that replaced it. All they had to say was “that’s too bad, Merry Christmas” Cost us 295.00 2/2016 and 303.77 12/17. Would never recommend them !!!
We did a lot of research before purchasing our hot tub and we're so happy we went with these guys! We had numerous questions and they answered every one with a smile. The day they delivered, Josh, Tyler and even the electrician Bob (who they lined up for us) were just as excited for us as we were. They took the time to explain about chemicals and answer even more questions. They even helped us move our gazebo over the hot tub and Josh gave us his cell phone number in case we had any more questions over the holiday weekend. W... read more
