Nice hot tub however a panel came off and my husband called the man who runs the store and it’s been 4 months now and no part. Pretty rough for the price DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY BIT

Buy here! These guys will save you money and give you realtime support on anything you have a questions about. We have an Airbnb and shopped around the Wasach Front to replace our old spa. We were going to end up spending over $15,000 at other stores. Tyler was amazing he spent two hours going over all the hot tubs with us and was very patient with us. He was very educated and professional. We appreciated his help as first time, buyers. The Hot tub was delivered the very next day and even then he was very helpful. Thanks, Tyler we would recommend Hot tub center to anyone.

I purchased a used hot tub from these guys a couple of months ago. They were amazing to work with. They also backup their warranty. When there was a slight problem with the tub Chris did everything he could to ensure it was addressed and we were happy customers. He has checked in multiple times to ensure we are enjoying the tub. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

We purchased our hot tub from Chris a little over a year ago. Let me tell you it wasn't something for amateurs however, he walked us through every step of it. Including getting the electricity. Never did he not answer a question or be obliged to help even when it seemed like a dumb question. Thank you so much for taking care of all are questions with grace.
