After spending $15000 on a faulty hot tub which has leaked since the very first time we filled it and it's still under warranty might I add. The hot tub center and Cal Spa is ignoring our requests for a replacement even though we have had more than 8 repairs done on this thing in less than 5 years. Each repair required MULTIPLE visits from technicians. The dealer in Ogden Utah has stated they have contacted Cal Spa as well with no response. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience deserves one. Chris and his team have done an amazing job from start to finish with our new hot tub. From the expert installation, the follow up with getting the Bluetooth connected, and the multitude of questions we had, they are top notch. I live an hour away from their business, but as soon as I requested help on an issue, they were here the next day. He was super patient with us when we made the purchase, so we could walk out of his shop knowing we got what we wanted... read more
