I came to the Valley River Center to purchase some merchandise from your store tonight only to be turned away because I didn’t have ID. As I understand it, with a Visa card, refusing to accept payment if a customer refuses to show ID is against the agreement that merchants agree to if they (the merchant) chooses to accept Visa (or MasterCard) as a form of payment. I’ve watched Hot Topic VRC get better each year. The company merchant buyers have great taste, and their ambassadors (the employees) help translate the store’s merchandise into fun collections.
My favorite store. Always stocked, and the staff are incredibly helpful and extremely personable.
I'm so disappointed by HT especially this store. I had almost $200 worth of merchandise shipped to this store and my merchandise was damaged and the coupons were expired or getting ready to expire. I've spent $1000's at HT and now I'm definitely going to think twice about even thinking about shopping online or in store ever again. You are losing a very good customer shame on you.
Best Hot Topic there is. And I've been to a lot of them.
