I came to the Valley River Center to purchase some merchandise from your store tonight only to be turned away because I didn’t have ID. As I understand it, with a Visa card, refusing to accept payment if a customer refuses to show ID is against the agreement that merchants agree to if they (the merchant) chooses to accept Visa (or MasterCard) as a form of payment. I don't get to visit in stores much because we are about 40mins away & just never make it out to the mall. We met Matt today who is freaking awesome!!
