Love it. The fried shrimp I had were fantastic and so were the French fries. The ambiance was really nice and the music (mostly Black Sabbath) was great. My parents really enjoyed their blackened shrimp poboys. Definitely want to go back.
First let me say that we have always loved Hot Tails. The food and atmosphere has always been great. Went today and the gumbo was great! I ordered a half of a smoked brisket poboy. It came with 3 1/2 very thin slices of brisket. The brisket was delicious just definitely not enough for a 6" poboy so I asked the waitress if I could PAY for another order of brisket. I didn't ask for anything free - her answer "No mam you have to buy another poboy. " WRONG ANSWER! What she should have said was yes mam for X amount of dollars and... read more

Love this place!!! A must to out of your way!!!���� still think about the BBQ shrimp!! Out of this world!!
First time trying Hot Tails. Ordered the shrimp box which looked delicious. I found the shrimp too spicy for my enjoyment. Fries, hush puppies & sauce were good. Wish the shrimp were on the milder side because they were large & fried beautifully.
