We bought our first HotSpring Spa in 1992 and have enjoyed the easy and simple maintenance of the HotSprings Spa. The high quality and expert installation and their knowledge of the Spa has kept us coming back to their store. I believe we had one service call in 2002 - the Spas are very dependable and of high quality. We moved and bought a second HotSprings Spa in 2005 and we are still enjoying this one and highly recommend HotSpring Spas. Nicole was very professional and helpful in helping me with the selection of my hot tub. the tech that installed my hot tub was very informative and walked me through everything. I highly recommend this company.
