Before you hit me with your generic “Dear non-customer…” response, this has very much to do with your services. The actions of your employees driving a company truck with your company logo is a direct reflection of your business. And according to the previous reviews, this is a common occurrence for this driver. He should not be allowed to drive a company truck. This man is dangerous. Not cool, dude. Very unprofessional. And now he's saying that I'm a past employee. That is very wrong and inaccurate. I would never work for a company like this, and have never. He apparently doesn't even keep accurate track of who works for his company! Crazy.
The way someone treats others says everything I need to know about their business. You can tell me to "limit my reviews to your roofing services" but I'm going to tell you that your road rage is no excuse for putting an elderly woman in danger. Someone this volatile could be incredibly dangerous to do business with. If you don't like getting called out, maybe don't harass people in your company truck or seek anger management classes.
