I had been going to the wound clinic since 2015 and never had an order for a vein map study until Dr. Kleinhenz retired and Hillary Herndon the amazing human at the wound clinic ordered one!! I had ablation surgery to destroy the vein that was failing to carry the blood back to the heart. I continued at the wound clinic until January of 2024 when released from the wound clinic. Received a scam bill in the mail
Horrible. 80% service connected veteran who was told by the VA to go to the nearest ER, CHI. I showed them my VA info upon checking in, yet Hot Springs Radiology was the only one not to bill the VA. Then they sent me to collections. Angry Veteran here. Shame.
