Dr. Drake Hardy is an amazing Dr. He is so friendly and caring. He listens and then tries to find the best option for me. I would recommend him to everyone. Amber goes above helping me get my appointments straight and always has a smile on her face. Gabby is so sweet and friendly, I always look forward to talking to her. She always says hi to me in waiting area . These three are the reason I keep going back, they all are caring individuals.
My first contact was booking my appointment, I was asked if they were speaking with me, then I was told my payment would be 20 dollars. No hello nothing. They proceeded to tell to have my insurance and about all their cancellations fees extremely rude. My next contact was a text to confirm my appointment. But again it first tells me about their cancellations policy and I also received an automated call confirming saying the same as the text pic included.
