My experience hasn't been very good and service isn't good they show lack of empathy for someone who's going through withdrawals from medication they neglected to order it when it was faxed over. I do appreciate the delivery but it takes hours and hours
This pharmacy has the greatest customer service and they are always kind . They go above and beyond to help you. Whether it's filling a script or just answering a question. Could not be happier with Desert Hot Springs pharmacy.
I have been a customer of Hot Springs Pharmacy for over 3 years. They are the best! The service is phenomenal and the staff are super courteous and warm; its clear they are very passionate about their service and helping people. I used their delivery service and it was a life saver for me.
