Be ware of doing business with this company.. They are extremely shady. Took 2yrs for my someone to finely tell me where my dads headstone was that we thought had been paid for in full when we paid $5000 upfront. Now after 2yrs multiple calls i finely cornered someone and they want another$650 !!! Complete rip off ! They won’t refund my money or give me the headstone so i’m at their mercy and have to pay them. It’s very upsetting..
Avoid using this company!!! You’ll only get more grief than what you’re already dealing with!!! Ordered a monument when my mom died in March. Was told it’d be installed by September. Here we are in November and now they say it won’t be here til January. There was no notice given to me until I reached out to THEM end of September wondering what happened.
Outstanding customer service! Ask for Bud Jones, he will take good care of you. Estimates provided as promised along with sample of stone. Prices are reasonable to include delivery and installation. We Contacted other vendors in the area and none provided the personal and friendly service like Hot Sorings Monument.
