Life couldn’t be better than a get away to Hot Springs! I have stayed at many cottages/cabins managed by Hot Springs Getaway! Marion and the whole team work to make every experience amazing for their guest! I have been returning to Hot Springs for over 15 years. The local business, town folk, views, and hospitality are the reason we continue to return! Gotta love Hot Springs Getaways.
The dynamic duo of Mary Helen and Marion surpassed all of my expectations…an exceptional focus on detail, genuine concern for my vacation experience from start to finish, and individualized attention and professionalism in a day and age when numbers and volume seem to drive the customer experience. If you are headed to Hot Springs, they are the best bet in town for a guaranteed positive and unforgettable stay.
I bought the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs right as Marion and Mary Helen opened their business, Hot Springs Getaway. They are kind and care for every detail of my home. I am so happy with their services and recommend them at the highest level. When something goes wrong, they are right down the street to save the day. In 2 1/2 years, I do not have one complaint. Hot Springs Getaway gets ten stars from me!!!!!!
I have been staying at the Creek House twice a year for many years. It is my home away from home and I simply love it. It is so relaxing sitting on the great back deck listening to the sound of the creek and seeing beautiful tree covered hills. It is an easy short walk to the town of Hot Springs which will take you on the Appalachian Trail! All this is made even better by the kind and responsive management of Marion and Mary Helen! This is my ‘happy place’! You will be glad to make it your ‘happy place’ too!!
Hot Springs Getaway has managed multiple properties for us since they first went into business for themselves. We have found Marion and Mary Helen to be hard working, attentive, honest and reliable.
