The ladies at the office and Dr. Monte make you jump through hoops to even get an appointment. Then they say they’ll call you back, but do not. Then they make you get a referral and then ultimately say they will not see us. Then they refer us to Little Rock and say they will not forward the referral to the other office. Shall we say ‘lazy’ or don’t give a crap?
