We made reservation on May 26th 2023 and my wife hurt her back real bad and she call the owner the next day and explained that we could not drive to Lake Hamilton. That we needed to cancel the reservation. She was super rude and refused to give a refund. We have called her over 10 times and called VRBO and we have gotten no where. We fill that she rebooked the property and ripped us off $802.00. I would never stay at this location because the is a total rip-off.
